Domestic Assistance
Help around the home with all your daily chores including laundry, dishwashing, general cleaning etc.
Personal Care
Assisting you with your daily hygiene routine including showering, grooming, toileting, mobility transfer etc.
Medication Prompting
Reminding of the time and/or prompting to take medication. Assisting (if needed) with opening of medication containers
Social Support
Supporting your emotional and mental wellbeing. Social outings or companionship at home
Meal Preparation
Assisting with planning meals, grocery shopping, monitoring food expiry, preparing cooked meals.
Respite
Respite for carer's or loved ones needing a break or in a temporary emergency
Transport
Giving you access into the community including escorting to health/personal appointments, post office, banking etc.
Home and Yard Maintenance
We have professional gardeners to keep your yard safe and manageable including lawn mowing, hedges, maintaining plants

As a company we respect a variety of cultures, beliefs and lifestyles. Our Management Team is made up of all different backgrounds including Egyptian, New Zealand, Lebanese, Australian and Syrian! Having such a diverse team with spoken languages other than English, let’s us communicate effectively with our clients and break through some of the challenges of language barriers.
As we strive to build strong relationships with our clients and community, we have a multicultural team of 250+ Care Staff who come from over 50 different countries and speak languages such as Arabic, Vietnamese, Filipino, Spanish, Hindi, Serbian, Taiwanese, Italian, Greek, Cantonese, French, Tongan, Farsi, Dari, African, Armenian, Assyrian, Balinese, Cambodian, Finnish, Bosnian, Ukrainian and many more!
